The Sidra Nursing service will provide patient care services for both inpatient and outpatients in collaboration with other members of the health care team. SIDRA'S RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Application Timeline
There is a preliminary screening process to ensure your profile meets the essential requirements. If it doesn’t, you will be informed by email within 48 hours. If you meet the requirements, you will be contacted after the closing date (typically one to three weeks).
Selection Criteria
Your application will be evaluated against the essential requirements in the job description. At interview, the hiring manager will examine more closely your background and experience, taking into consideration your personality, attitude and likely fit for the organization.
Interview Stages
A phone interview will be conducted followed by a video call. Sometimes, a final decision can be made based on this. Often, the shortlisted applicant is invited for a site visit and/or second interview.
Candidates will be informed of the decision once all interviews for the position are complete. This should usually take no longer than one week.
The Offer
When an offer is made, the successful applicant will be asked to supply the required documents and references. This process can take anywhere from one week to one month.
Post Offer Process
Offers are contingent on receiving a work visa for Qatar, which Sidra applies for on your behalf. Once the visa is issued, the on-boarding team will guide you through the process of getting here.
